We are AVcont, a fast-growing European distributor of hardware and software for the professional moving image market, headquartered in Germany. The manufacturers we represent are among the most innovative and renowned in the industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Manager Central Eastern Europe (m/f/d) who will support our customers with passion and expertise while opening up new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Active support and consulting for resellers and system integrators in the film, photo, and video sector
• Responsible for managing resellers and integrators in your region
• Market analysis and identification of key players
• Regular travel within your territory to acquire and support customers on site
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through personal meetings and presentations — ideally, you already bring a network from the moving image or AV industry
• Sales of professional hardware and software for the moving image market
• Relationship management and product presentations at national and international trade fairs

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on media/video technology
• Willingness to travel and enjoyment of working with people
• Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Knowledge in film, photo, or video technology desirable; experience with studio installations or film sets is an advantage
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and negotiation talent
• Structured working style and self-initiative
• Fluent in English and business-proficient in at least one of the following languages: Polish, Czech, or Slovak. German skills are a plus.
